About Me – The Artist Behind Chell's Creative Studio

Art has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. From an early age, I’ve always loved drawing, painting and experimenting with different ways to create. That passion has stayed with me throughout my life and has grown into a career that allows me to do what I love every day.

As an artist, I have a real love for colour, creativity and exploring different techniques. My work ranges from traditional painting and bespoke commissions to fluid art and abstract creations, where I can experiment with flowing colours, movement and texture to produce something truly unique. I love the freedom that art offers, whether I’m carefully bringing an idea to life on canvas or embracing the unpredictable and exciting nature of fluid art.

One of my greatest passions is sharing my love of art with others. I believe everyone has a creative side, even those who insist they haven’t got an artistic bone in their body!

Through my painting classes, fluid art workshops, private tuition and creative experiences, I love helping people discover their abilities, build confidence and enjoy the process of making something themselves.

My teaching style is relaxed, friendly and encouraging. Whether we’re following a step-by-step painting, experimenting with acrylic pouring techniques or exploring something completely new, my aim is to make art accessible, enjoyable and inspiring for everyone, regardless of experience.

There’s nothing quite like watching someone arrive at a workshop convinced they aren’t creative and leave proudly holding something they’ve made themselves. Seeing that confidence grow and watching people discover a love for art is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Chell’s Creative Studio is more than just a business to me. It’s the result of a lifelong passion for art, colour and creativity, and a desire to share that passion with others.
